Nerves
We went to my Aunt’s house for Thanksgiving. This is the first time I’ve brought someone home to meet the family. Oh, and they all just found out I was gay a few weeks ago.
Yet there was nothing awkward at dinner. My whole family loved Lacey and were incredibly supportive.
This holiday she is what I am most thankful for. She has changed my life in all the right ways, to the point where I can’t remember who I was before her. This is our first real holiday together and it was everything I hoped it would be.
